Through our 159-bed hospital, outpatient facilities, health & fitness center, urgent care centers, and multi-specialty physician clinics, Haywood Regional Medical Center ensures the health and wellness of our community. The hospital was created in 1927 as the first county hospital in North Carolina.Continuing a long-standing tradition of excellence, Haywood Regional offers a comprehensive array of services including orthopedics, spine services, cardiology, general surgery, women's care, emergency medicine, and behavioral health.
